‘Shwe Hta Min’ is a popular Myanmar traditional dessert made with gultinous rice. Shwe Hta Min has a sweet taste and so it is a delicious dessert. It is easy to prepare and not expensive. It can be made easily at home. It is available in the shopping malls and every market in Myanmar.
Firstly, immerse the gutlinous rice in water for about six hour and steam it. Mix the Jaggery with water and boil for an hour. After that you get the jiggery liquid. And then put steamed gultionus rice in the jiggery liquid and stir it. After fifteen minutes put it in the tray, and by using some edible oil make the surface level out. When it is cold, you can make your own creation and eat with coconut.
